What do you need to know?
Hammer and Chisel is a workout system from experts that delivers body-changing results in 60 days! Trainers Sagi Kalev and Autumn Calabrese are experts at sculpting bodies and have tons of awards to prove it! So this program is sharing their strategies to shape powerful muscles, shed body fat, and build a ripped physique. This is a 60-day program and each workout ranges from 30-40 minutes which is perfect for busy moms and dads!
What do you need for this program?
You do not need a ton of space but you do need some!
You need dumbbells (5-20lbs) for women depending on your strength (I have 5, 8, 10, 15, 20 pound dumbbells as well as the Bowflex Select-Tech weights. Men will need more weight)
Pull up bar or over the door attachment for the resistance bands. Modifications can be made if you do no have these!
Weight bench or stability ball. The stability ball adds, even more, core resistance because you are constantly having to stabilize yourself while lifting.
Optional Equipment: The Beachbody Performance Line Supplements so that you can maximize your muscle recovery, performance and results (energize and hydrate are vital to my performance as is Shakeology).
